Once you have your device, follow these steps to join the local swarm.
1. Download the Meshtastic App (iOS/Android).
2. Pair via Bluetooth (PIN is usually 123456).
3. Scan this QR Code (or click link) to import our Local Settings:
4. CRITICAL: Set your region to "US" (or your local equivalent).
5. Place your node HIGH up. (Attic, Roof, Window).
